Profile

Behind the migration expertise stands a Trusted Advisor for digital transformation and change: I plan and run complex IT transitions end to end — as a programme and project lead, transformation architect and IT strategist. My strength is the interplay of architecture, governance and the leadership of interdisciplinary, international teams.

Technically I am at home not only with Atlassian but just as deeply with Microsoft 365, Azure and the Power Platform, plus AWS, GCP and infrastructure as code. Migrations, governance, pathfinding and cleanly setting up new operating organisations are my core business across industries such as automotive, banking, pharma and the public sector.
